DIVORCE
Divorce is a stressful, emotionally charged, and exhausting process. It is my goal to alleviate as much of the stress as possible by formulating a plan tailored to your specific needs. We are dedicated to doing everything possible to help you reach an amicable agreement; however, if litigation is necessary, we are prepared to competently represent your best interest in court.
CHILD CUSTODY
One of the most, if not the most, stressful issues in Family Law is child custody and visitation. We will do everything possible to ensure that any children involved in your case are placed in the most beneficial environment with a fair visitation arrangement.
SPOUSAL SUPPORT
During and after the divorce process, spousal support may be needed to maintain the standard of living as close as possible to the standard that was established during the marriage. This is a common litigation issue that we can assist with and obtain a court order where necessary.
CHILD SUPPORT
It is a parent’s first and principal obligation to support their minor child(ren). Cal. Fam. Code §4053(a). We will do everything possible to reach a fair agreement that ensures the well-being of all children involved. If litigation is necessary, we will help you obtain a fair court order taking into account all factors involved in the calculation of child support.
MEDIATION
As an alternative to litigation, we will work with both parties to help you come to a mutually beneficial agreement that is built to last. This process involves both parties making their expectations known and working to understand the other’s expectations to negotiate a win-win agreement.

RYAN CLINGER
ATTORNEY AT LAW
Ryan Clinger graduated from California State University: Long Beach with a Bachelors degree in Psychology and received his Juris Doctorate from Chapman University, Dale E. Fowler School of Law.
During law school, Ryan focused primarily on Family Law related classes. He also worked as a student clerk for the Bette and Wylie Aitken Family Protection Clinic (under a supervising attorney) advising and preparing domestic violence victims for their upcoming hearings.

Since obtaining his J.D., Ryan has focused on working only in the field of Family Law in Los Angeles and Orange counties.
